# Configuration

The configuration page allows the following options:

**Counterparty Display Name**

This refers to how your counterparties are displayed in Aerofiler. For example, if this were set to "Merchant", then this would display in Aerofiler as follows:

**Contact Display Name**

This refers to how contacts are displayed in Aerofiler. For example, if this were set to "Staff", this would display in Aerofiler as follows:

**Portal Welcome Message**

This refers to how your counterparties are greeted in their portal. As an example, consider the following setting:
